The way you order your repeat prescriptions is changing. Starting June 2nd, patients must order repeat prescriptions directly from their GP under Patient Led ordering. Pharmacies will no longer manage prescriptions on their behalf. To order medication, sign up for the NHS app via our website or drop a repeat request into the prescription box
It’s quick and easy to access your online health record, order a prescription and manage your appointments online.
Once you register for online services, you will be able to see all new records. It’s a quick way to find out test results, view your immunisation history and look back on consultations.
If you want access to old records — anything prior to the date you registered for online services — look at our historic record access. Contact our IT Team with any questions you may have.
Prescription request can take at least 3 working days to be processed. Prescriptions submitted Friday morning would be ready by Wednesday. A prescription request Friday evening would be ready on Thursday.
